  • Yeah, the prez could veto unconstitutional spending and eliminate wasteful department spending, and try to get rid of the Federal Reserve. That would be great for economic growth and jobs. But those efforts would not be made expressly to "create jobs" or "foster economic growth". Mostly they would just be part of his oath of office. It would be in contrast to the way the economy was temporarily boosted during the Clinton years, with increased money supply, which we later paid so dearly for.

  • I hope this is a trick question. Other than reduce spending and using veto power (e.g. to reduce taxes), the president isn't supposed to "foster economic growth". He should preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. The Constitution doesn't give the government authority to meddle with the economy for purposes of job creation. If you are serious about your question, it shows that even dedicated "Republicans" like you have come to encourage big government intervention. Vote Ron Paul.

  • hmm, I don't think this video will be picked. The anti-flag burning video is much better.

  • Good question. But next time, don't sit in a swivel chair when your recording, your moving around is distracting.
