Hate it. Got it put in on Thursday. The wireless internet connection keeps on dropping, it's much slower (even though it was advertised to be faster) than RCN, which I used to have. The TV lineup we got was COMPLETELY in-accurate (it says we get 15 channels we don't), and all of a sudden I've had waves of robo-telemarketer calls coming in--I'm talking about five or ten an hour. The customer service is CRAPPY. When I called to complain about the TV lineup, they HUNG UP. I'm cancelling on Monday!

If it was so terrible, why didn't you cancel right away? They give you 15 days to cancel, no questions asked.

Wait untill you start having problems Cancel if you can do it ASAP
I cancel in January do to a lot of issues with VERIZON After I cancel Billing dep. was sending me bills which were not accurate . When calling billing dep. they were telling me that I need to wait for FINAL BILL so I did . I got $47.25 check from dated 04/29/2009 and 0n 06/01/09 I got call from some COLLECTION AGENCY so good luck you will neeed a lot of it and FIOS is not as prefect as you think

Fios uses up to 19.39 Mbps of bandwidth per channel. I believe that's the ATSC limit.
Basically they don't do anything to the original broadcasters signal, they just pass it to your DVR in its native format, resolution, and bitrate. Dish Network, Directv, etc compress the signal to hell and make it look like Dog Poop.

I just cancelled after 28 days. Their billing is a nightmare. I Got billed SPERATELY for the phone $59 , on a bundled acct? WTF???. It was also no faster than cable. Biggest Scam . Complete GARBAGE.
