@KidRandomm - I agree. The lack of any acoustic treatment what-so-ever in the room behind him installs a pile of confidence in me. I hate when feedback bounces off a wall.

1.Putting fibreglass insulation between exterior and drywall panels may help to attenuate mid-high frequencies but will not touch low frequencies
2. same for cavity wall insulation (styrofoam?!)
3. acoustic foam is not soundproofing, its acoustic treatment
4. cardboard cup holders - egg boxes are next to useless and again are treatment only and offer no soundproofing
