How to ensure transparent vote count tomorrow when the precinct captains have been told to call in the vote count to an undisclosed location. The captains, I hear, have been commanded by the GOP to NOT allow anybody to take a picture or video of the election results at the precinct level.

There appears to be a vote fraud in the working. The moles are in place.
