@wellnesswithdeb I know people who have cured themselves of Cancer! and gotten off Chemo, There Scum bag Doctors told them they would die! Yeah right, So much for med school and Pharmaceuticals!

@5tonyvvvv I agree with you about the pharmaceutical companies. The powers that be don't care about prevention or natural health at the expense of their own citizens. We have to own wellness seriously and make the changes to be at our best. And yes, juicing is absolutely amazing. Peace

New to your channel and new to juicing (just bought a juicer on thurs). I was recently diagnosed with moderate osteoarthritis in my knees (I am 37 and ex-Army. What juicing recipes do you recommend? You can PM me if you want.

@LuvnDaNaturalMe Hi, and thanks for dropping by. Celery juice is excellent for the joints. It hydrates the joints and makes the surrounding muscles flexible which helps with mobility. Carrot juice is also good for the joints. You might want to check me out at my SoulFitnessDivas Y.Tube channel because I have a lot more juicing and informational videos there. What brand of juicer do u use?

@charlierue In the video I'm using the Jack LaLanne juicer. I no longer use it because the motor is only 250 watts and not powerful enough to juice vegetables like carrots and it burned out on me. I'm now using the Juiceman juicer which is 800 watts and has much more juicing power.
