Hey! Welcome to WellnessWithDeb's channel. I created this channel as part of my healing journey and to inspire others to put a priority on their own personal health and well-being. Since being diagnosed with "significant osteoarthritis, I'm grateful to have discovered vegetable juicing because of the powerful affect it has had on my knee joint mobility, giving me the ability to workout again and lose over 50 lbs. "Green Juicing" has also cleared up dermatitis I developed on my legs, stopped my bones from cracking, increased my flexibility and helped with feminine health issues as well. My experience inspired me to take Sport and Exercise Studies at my local college, to get certified as a Wellness Coach and to help others to reach their wellness goals. Wishing you all the best. Remember to honor your temple always!

  • New to your channel and new to juicing (just bought a juicer on thurs). I was recently diagnosed with moderate osteoarthritis in my knees (I am 37 and ex-Army. What juicing recipes do you recommend? You can PM me if you want.

  • @LuvnDaNaturalMe Hi, and thanks for dropping by. Celery juice is excellent for the joints. It hydrates the joints and makes the surrounding muscles flexible which helps with mobility. Carrot juice is also good for the joints. You might want to check me out at my SoulFitnessDivas Y.Tube channel because I have a lot more juicing and informational videos there. Best wishes to you with the knee joints. Glad you're taking care. So many people are reporting improvements so be encouraged. Peace.

  • What brand of juicer do u use?

  • @charlierue In the video I'm using the Jack LaLanne juicer. I no longer use it because the motor is only 250 watts and not powerful enough to juice vegetables like carrots and it burned out on me. I'm now using the Juiceman juicer which is 800 watts and has much more juicing power.

  • @wellnesswithdeb I know people who have cured themselves of Cancer! and gotten off Chemo, There Scum bag Doctors told them they would die! Yeah right, So much for med school and Pharmaceuticals!

  • @5tonyvvvv I agree with you about the pharmaceutical companies. The powers that be don't care about prevention or natural health at the expense of their own citizens. We have to own wellness seriously and make the changes to be at our best. And yes, juicing is absolutely amazing. Peace

  • @wellnesswithdeb Pharmaceutical companies make no money off of Plants!! Raw foods and Juicing cure everything!! Great Vid!
