One of the most important thing is to remember that all she (and other spiritual teachers) is saying are POINTERS and nothing else. Instead of seeing countless videos and reading books you should actially start the practice of living in the now. To do this you have to quiet the mind hence this is where the practice of meditation comes in. So start meditating people!

Great intro Christine! I am 42 now and going on 43 and I felt the exact same way about religion when I was in my teens as well. Thanks for stepping up and out by bringing your knowledge to so many others.
