Trapiches Caseros (by Jorge Prelorán)

Clip from documentary film by Jorge Prelorán presents traditional methods for making molasses with wooden mills introduced by Jesuits during the colonial era. The film focuses on the family of Salomon Escobar, of Macio, Tucuman Province, Argentina and was shot in 1965.
