This is far superior to the Celine version... but that's probably because it was originally meant for Meatloaf. Jim Steinman decided he wanted a female vocalist and forbade Meatloaf from recording it - that still doesn't make sense to me because its inspired by Wuthering Heights, which would mean it is coming from Heathcliff's perspective. He still played it at live performances back in the 80s, though. I personally think Celine Dion's voice is always annoying, so maybe I'm a little biased.
