Trikking on the Tennessee River Park Trail - Chattanooga TN

If you are near Chattanooga, we HIGHLY recommend checking out this 8 mile trail. Just a little video of us and the scenery along the river. At least 10 % of the folks who passed wanted to know what it was and how it worked. It's a good thing I am not too shy to show them.

You ladies are really showing how sweet trikking can be exploring trails ! I have done that one and loved it too ! On the trikke you get a chance to smell the roses as my neighbor says !

You bet . White Rock Trail in Dallas is Great -- there is even a loop one around the White Rock Lake which the creek runs into. Fun to get on the trail probably north of the lake -- somewhat downhill but you might want to start at the Lake and head away since it will be a slit incline so when you are tired you will have more of downhil going back :)
