Good video Jeff, Hempseed oil in today's diet is essential for good health.
Hempseed oil is great mixed in a salad, also substitute it for olive oil. I have made great home made pizza dough using hemp seed oil instead of olive oil. Also makes great garlic bread mixed with butter and minced garlic. Great for helping your body keep itself healthy, I do believe cancer is caused by deficiencies in the foods we eat today. Hemp oil offers so much as to be essential!
