@roeekimmel Do you have the latest version of iTunes installed? Also try using a different USB port or Apple cord if possible.If that doesn't work restart your computer. The issue you are receiving is that the proper drivers aren't installed. Swapping to a fresh port allows for the drivers to be installed for the new port

@nikaziznm Yes they won't be deleted. It's always a good idea to do a quick backup in iTunes but you won't run into any issues.
