Bosco Ntaganda is wanted by the International Criminal Court for recruiting and using child soldiers in northeastern Congo. But since his arrest warrant was unsealed in 2008, Ntaganda was made a general in the Congolese army. I strongly believe that to go after the General Bosco Ntaganda for crimes is unfair. The President Laurent-Desire Kabila, Mr. Yelodiya Ndombasi, the General Yav Nawej, the General Mbuza Mabe.....and others of their team must to be brought to justice for crimes made in August 1998. The existence of General Nkunda and General Bosco Ntaganda is the consequences of what happened from August 1998 and after what happened in City of Bukavu with the extermination of the people Banyamulenge..
