@yasirpanezai No. Qur'an mentions a "fluid" that emerges from *between* "loins" (genital area) & the "ribs" (which end only some 2" above the hips). This describes the lower abdomen. The seminal fluid (that carries the sperm), is formed in the seminal vesicles, in the lower abdomen.
