Philippine Airlines A340-300 Door Opening from the inside

As requested by HAPPYBYTHEME, i want to show all of you on how to open an aircraft door. Operating as PR100 (MNL-HNL) and PR101 (HNL-MNL). Aircraft registration was RP-C3430 and door used was door L4 (rear door on the left).
