Within weeks or months of buying my first serious bike I had referenced this man's website more times than I can count. I reckon LBS's must have mixed feelings about him... where once I was paying them sheets of my hard earned to fix stuff, I was getting my hands dirty and doing it myself. What a great man though... that there was a life well lived and no mistake.

I ride my bike every day in memory of Sheldon Brown. I bought my bike 18 years ago with his advice and it wouldn't function without his repair and maintenance tips. Guess I'm not the only one either!
