This is my build (Legend 3)

Stick: Is just a matter of taste i use the 90 regular flex+mid neutral hook. To get good snapshots. You could use the "Mid Open" aswell but your one-timer slapshots will go to high and miss the net sometimes.

Skate: Same there, i use 11" radius to make quick turns and have a good speed. It's a good mix for me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS BUILD AS CENTER REMEMBER THAT THE ATTRIBUTES ARE ALSO A MATTER OF TASTE!! Always choose what's fit you the best!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Offense
The reason why i have so low overall on wrist shot power and accuracy is beacuse my team does'nt try to shoot all the time. We are not using the curve shot very often. We score almost every goal by deking the goalie or doing a one-timer
Since i never use a slapshot (unless it's a one-timer) i don't feel that it's necessary for me to have points in slapshots.
In the offense i think that puck control, hand-eye(wich improves the one-timers) and deking is the most important. Off-awareness also help you score goals beacuse the player will have it easier to find places to shoot where the goalie have troubles saving the puck, it adds a little auto-aim.
Passing is also VERY important if you need to do hard passes that will reach long and will make it harder for the d-men to contain and remain possesion of the puck. Blind passes will be easier to make aswell.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Defence
For me Def-awareness, stick checking and discipline is the most important. Def-awareness makes it easier to take a puck thats close to you+ makes it easier to get the puck when the opponent is trying to pass the puck by you or making a cross crease.
Beacuse i don't hit alot i have 99 in stick checking. In my opinion it's more effective to stick check instead of hitting. It's less dangerous aswell. If you miss a hit, the opponent could get a good oppurtunity to go 2v1/3v2 on a counter-attack.
Discipline helps me to stay out of the penalty box. For example if a player is going to hit another player the discipline will matter beacuse a player with low discipline will make a dirtier hit (like use the elbow or go for a boarding). It also helps you on the stick-lift to not get a slashing or highstick penalty
As you see i have 82 in Body Checking. If you want to you can use aggresiveness instead. Aggresiveness could be very usefull. In highpressure situations the opponent will have a reduced shot quality and pass accuracy etc.
I dont use shot blocking so much so instead I SHOULD change and take away the shot block and put thoose points on aggresiveness. (i shot block with LB, and not LB+RB)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Athleticism
Acceleration makes it faster to reach the top speed
Agility makes me turn faster
I ALWAYS have alot of endurance so i can "hustle" (press left bumper) many times during the game

I don't have much balance beacuse i always try to find a quick pass to a teammate. Beacuse of that, i don't need to skate around and get hit.
Durability is absolutely useless in my opinion. It makes it harder for you player to get injured. I never use points on that one.
Strength is very usefull if you stand infront of the net an screen the goalie. It also improves your shots. And it helps you to cover the puck around the boards (Pressing Y). I play alot around the boards but i don't think i need strength since we already have a player that is taking place infront of the net.

If you have a question just feel free to ask!!

  • My player is a sniper, I usually put 99 deking, 99 puck control and then i put 90 wrist shot power and 94 accuracy.

For defense I put ALL my experience in to stick checking.

And for athleticism, I balance everything except durability and then I put all my +5s and +3s, it only gives me an overall of 79 (Legend 2), but it really works out great, I average a little more than 2 points a game and my guy is really good on both ends of the rink.

  • @lolmurphlol It probably works out great in the offence but the defence it's not the best! =)

  • @hampzuz Yeah it's not the best defensive player, but since I play 2's club, well I just need to do a quick backcheck and poke it away

  • @lolmurphlol In 2's clubs the attributes in defence is not as important as offence as you say. But i would say good acceleration and speed could be very usefull in 2v2. But it's just a matter of taste :D

  • @hampzuz Yeah speed and acceleration are key, plus a good shot to beat goalies (user goalies), defence is not something that I worry about, I leave it to the computers lol

  • @lolmurphlol Yes same here n 2v2. But i don't play 2v2 anymore beacuse i think that the game is to much depending on the CPU :(

  • @lolmurphlol ah ok

  • @hampzuz Yes that's true, I only play it because my friend is an amazing goalie and I'm a decent player, so we have a decent club and I think bringing in another forward or D-man would kind of mess up our things :(

  • @ademiximaxi ei vittu...

  • @Ericgrodgers9 What do u mean by that?
