  • Forget records, medals, or weights. This video doesnt have to be about weightlifting. Why cant someone post a video of an achievement they are proud of. This is no different than a high school kid celebrating after scoring a touchdown or a someone restoring an old car. Why people have to base everything on what other people are doing i dont know. Everyday Jon walks on to the platform he is trying to lift the weight in front of him, hes not thinking about world records or what Ilya ilin did at t

  • @khonfosh obvious troll is obvious

  • @khonfosh Pat declared himself as the strongest teenager. all totals put up were before his 20th birthday, pretty impressive numbers for someone who can't legally drink

  • @khonfosh say that to his face lol

  • @khonfosh

That's like saying that a guy who runs a 10.15 100m is ordinary just because the WR is 9.58. It might not be close to the WR, but it's still damn good, good enough to be worth his while to keep up the sport.

Besides, if it's what he loves to do then who the fuck are you to tell him otherwise?

I seriously doubt that you're the best in the world at what you love to do, does that mean you're gonna stop? Doubt it.

WR for 94kg is 232.5kg, btw.

  • @khonfosh your a dumbass. you probably cant even lift 100 pounds pussy

  • @xthexTxvirusx from as short as a few months to as long as a lifetime or never. you'll make more gains from training more and training heavier (as long as you can keep up with the recovery). it also depends on your natural capabilities such as strength, coordination, the feel for good technique, etc.

  • beautiful!!!

  • how long does it take to train for big lifts like that??
