If drugs were rated fairly Marijuana would be legal, alcohol would not be, and Alcohol would be considered a hard drug. But I'm not for any prohibitions. lol

And as a rebuttal to Sgt. Matinez's statement that Marijuana makes people more dangerous because it's mind-altering... PRISON CHANGES YOU! It's pretty fucking mind-altering, and altering in a way that makes you more prone to violence or self-harm. Fuck, alcohol is mind-altering! This guy's logic is the typical circular reasoning of cops, when asked about pot: "Why is it wrong?", "Because it's illegal", "Why is it illegal?", "because it's wrong".

The american government just needs to admit it was wrong, so that we can start over. The war on drugs has been one of the biggest disasters in US history. Not only does it waste billions of taxpayer's money during a economic resession but it also means that over 1 million non-violent offenders convicted of a marijuana related-crime remain behind bars. Every 38 seconds, a person is arrested for a marijuana related crime. Could we be next?
