AMAZING Real ALIEN Footage - Jeff Peckman - 2008 - UFO News

According to ABC News, a Denver resident, Jeff Peckman, claims to have video footage of an alien peering inside his house through a window. He now wants the city of Denver to establish an "Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission". He has already received permission from the city clerk to get 4,000 signatures to put the initiative on as a ballot. He has 180 days to get the signatures.

While Peckman and other experts are convinced in the alien's authenticity, not everyone believes the footage to be irrefutable. Many have claimed it could be a hoax and argued that the video could be duplicated and the supposed alien could be a costume.

Peckman disagrees and says that Jerry Hofman, a professor at the Colorado Film School, has authenticated the footage. Hofman stated he was not a believer in aliens until he was approached by Peckman with his footage.
