Conceived means when the sperm hits the egg..for alex and aaron that happened OFF the island..they were born ON the island..i think you confused conception with the actual birth

aaron and alex were not concieved on the island, they were only born there.

Actually I said conceived. Conceived means when the parent "create" the baby. Alex and Aaron were born on the island but conceived else where. And incase you still don't understand what conceived means it's when the parents do it and the mother become pregnant from it.

The thing is, Alex and Aaron weren't conceived on the island, Sun's baby was. If the baby was conceived on island then the mother and baby will die.
