My vociferous disagreement with Venetian Princess' attitude.

I watch youtube videos, sometimes. But I have a life. I have career goals. I have a job. NONE of this involves youtube. And when I do decide to come here, I am the one who decides what I do and don't watch. Frankly, I'd rather watch atheist-centric videos before your videos, AMVs before the atheist-centric videos, and video game reviews before anything, since that has something to do with my career path.

And as for the smutty videos you decry on this website as taking views away from you: The people who watch those are probably perverts. Do you really want a bunch of perverts watching your videos?

For the record: This video took my about 17 minutes to make. I make no apology for that, because the extra time I spent on this video was better spent doing a take-home exam for my accounting class. Also, the last video I watched all the way through was paytotheorderofofof's last video.

FWIW, I'm not mad at you or against you, I just disagree.

I think Tihara blocked you not for hitting the Back button, but for making a point of telling her that you had hit the Back button.

A lot of the problem is how YouTube is set up, where popularity is the first search parameter, either Most Viewed or Most Subscribed or Highest Rated. This creates little avalanches that produces YouTube stars.

Well, considering she took the video down, she can't accept it, anyway. I don't have an issue with youtube stars, but I do think it's a bit silly when they start crying poor-mouth. Maybe VP came to her senses and thought it was silly, too.
