@JoeyTheFatKid Thanks also to the guy who posted this. I have had look at quite a number of Shah's books. Re the ford dealers, in Britain it is remarkable how much a politician can be seen as concerned with the evironment simply by being filmed riding a bicycle. See episodes one and six of Armando Ianucci's Time Trumpet (currently on Youtube) to illustrate. Obviously not every single person is taken in by this but I am one of the people who was.

Thank you, thank you and thank you again for posting this. The poor old West, with all its technology and advancements, still overlooking what they have been craving. One has to admit that at this day and age of globalization, confined thinking is a globally concentrated problem.
