NYC Public School Kids Protest.

NYC Public School Kids Protest to upcoming MTA cuts that affects their daily transportation to school. The MTA are sacrificing these children's futures as well as the future of the city by cutting these kids' free subway metrocards. It's disgusting how they are not looking at these metrocards as an investment into New York City as a whole but just another expense. The lack of empathy and common sense of the heads of the MTA means how detached they are to the public that they are serving. Yes, times are tough and cuts need to happen but cutting the public school metrocards will do a greater damage to the future of not only New York City but also the nation as a whole. Support these children! I challenge the heads of the MTA to live on the wages that some of these kids and their families live off of and see how far they can continue going on.
