How is this Fair or "Just" to the People...When a "Private Company" is making 50% of the "Ticket Profits"...this is So Bias...it Should Be Against the Law.

This happened to me,A Car Sped by Me,and Got Threw the Green Light(that was 100 Yards away)as I Approached,the Light turned Red,I Stopped and thats When the Camera took the Picture,Making Me Pay the Ticket,(How Wrong is this)The Guy Speeding by the Radar gets away,and I get his Ticket,This is Against The Law..Law States that you Need a "Witness" to the Crime in MD....Great Video...Keep it Up...Thanks for Fighting for All of Us...This is Just Another Way to Rob Us of our Hard Earned Money,Peace

@TheDrac3000 The speed vans along the highways are owned by ACS. Their physical location is in the same building as the Washington DC Metro police department.
