It is not Marine it is RAF volmet and atleast get the sound right on the sideband!

Wild! Times like this I despise living in Western Canada. I live in perhaps the worst place on the planet to be into shortwave:(

Yeah I can hear this in N.I. also on this freq. I believe it's from either Gatwick or Heathrow airport for the benefit of aircraft. 5.450mhz USB. Qiute strong signal most of the time.
Lots of these weather reports can be fond on various bands if you search!
Interesting for a few minutes only!
