Last time I checked a gun is an inanimate object. It cant jump up and kill someone by itself. So if you are trying to fix crimes caused by guns how about a program designed to educate people on firearm safety. And just outlawing something isnt going to stop it. Last time I checked murder has happened everywhere and throughout all of history, it wont ever stop. Besides it is our right to bear arms so bad, evil, or corrupt people (government in our case) couldnt just walk all over us.
