Indische Tanzelemente aus bekannten Bollywood-Filmen, zusammengefügt zu einer mitreißenden, schweißtreibenden, sexy Choreographie. Bollyrobics ist ein neuartiges Workout, das das Training von Koordination, Kraft und Ausdauer mit einer großen Portion Sinnlichkeit verbindet.
Zur Original-Musik aus Andrew Lloyd Webbers "Bombay Dreams" und dem Bollywood-Streifen "Indian Love Story. Lebe und denke nicht an morgen" werden 3 Tänze in unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsstufen präsentiert: von rhythmisch-dynamisch über tänzerisch-sinnlich bis sportlich-kraftvoll.

die tanzt ja nicht einmal.....das kann man doch besser ich habd as lied auch und ich hab mit meinen freundinnen besser getanzt als die................

ich habe das auch aber es geht nicht auf deutsch zu stellen nur english spanisch und hindi aber sonst ist diese cd spitze sie ist gut für die gelenke und dehnung also für den körper

Hi there, in most countries but not South America. You can oder the NTSC version in the USA and the PAL version in the UK. Both have Spanish as language choice. Try Amazon or the Bollyrobics com web page in the USA ....Best - Timm
