Philip BERG, made this unedited statement, concerning Orly TAITZ successful case, at least to the point of getting a hearing. Barry Soetero aka Barry OBAMA, Barack Hussein Obama is NOT even a U.S. Citizen, having used his Indonesian
citizenship to get free College Loans, which may be why he has "sealed" his College records. He also admitted his case in 3rd Federal District did NOT get
this far, as Atty. Orly TAITZ, who after 3 years, finally got to put some evidence that Barack H. Obama is NOT qualified to run for U.S. Senate , nor President.

Atty. Gary Kreep had said in court, OBAMA can NOT be IMPEACHED, because he is NOT Lawfully qualified to assume the OFFICE in the first place.

Even one of the three judges on the Appeals panel had questions as to when
one can demand proof, ... if you can't do it before the nomination or election, and it is Moot after the election.... then WHEN. Mr. Berg is also suing Orly Taitz for giving out his helper Lisa's Soc. Security number. Berg calls Orly Taitz a liar, and Atty. Orly Taitz accused Berg of "harassing" with nuisance lawsuits which takes time from her main lawsuit against Barry Soetero aka usurper president Barack Hussein Obama.

Both Berg and Kreep declined comment on Mr. Obama's May 1 surprise declaration on National TV that he had ordered and a small US military team
had killed Osama Bin Laden. Berg does not have lic. to practice in California at the time of the interview, but he sat up with the atty. in the courtroom, along with plaintiff, Wiley Drake. Neither Orly or Berg, nor Kreep had anything negative to say about atty. representing the US Government, Thom Mrozek, who apparently brought his
4 year old son to the court, for this "Historic" event, a sitting alleged President having his qualifications questioned. @death2pc His father being Kenyan has nothing to do with Article II, so you lose that battle. Hawaii has already verified his birth on US soil. You lose again. And, even if you had proof that he gained Indonesian citizenship while living there, it does not effect his US citizenship one whit. You have lost on everyone of your claims.

The simple and indisputable fact is that Obama is in violation of Article II, Section I if only from the position of his father being a Kenyan national and this does not speak to doubt of him being born outside the USA or a territory of.

Then you have the Indonesian citizenship issue. Again, that violates Article II Section I

Additionally, the multiple Social Security numbers, starting with the first out of Connecticut. Lastly, the two fraudulent birth certificates and the system lets him pass.
