This has to be a fake. There is no huge explosion rising above the roof as seen in the pentagon released frames. Also, the approach is at the wrong angle. The plane came from close to the angle that the camera was filming from in this video.

I say it was a jet sized Drone, painted to look like an airliner. I doubt the hijackers had the skill to pull off the maneuver. They trained to fly small aircraft. They were certainly not trained to fly big passenger jets. Flying just above ground level and making complex turns would probably be beyond their ability.
