Actually America sits around 24th on the list of murders per capita. I have lived in other countries ,European and Asian, and felt safer knowing that not everyone was carrying guns around. I have no agenda, I was simply making a point. The Second Amendment is an outdated amendment from a time when it was necessary to carry a weapon at all times. In these more "civilized" and more "mature" times of our union we should be at the point where this is no longer necessary.
