Isn't it great? I haven't kept up with the latest about the supposed demolition/sale of the area but I sure hope they don't tear the place down - too much history...

It would be interesting to go in a time machine back to the magical Coney Island of the 20's and 30's...

I've heard of this woman of whom you speak...I, too, have been told of her circular sprint...and, legend has it she throws a mean curve-snowball. On a wintry night, they say, if you listen closely amid the snowflakes falling, you can hear the wind sing the song of her ace aimed shot victories...

I just thought I should mention to you that I have now in fact, tasted that Coney Island culinary delight - the Corn Dog on a recent visit to those there United States, but the meaty pleasure was short lived as a rabid American woman stole it from my very grip and ran off with it! (she must have had one leg shorter than the other as she kept running round in circles!)
