There are two important items to focus on as you watch Stephanie bowl from the back view, her left and her right ass cheek.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! This was a great step-by-step demo.

I was always taught not to push out and drop down, I watch alot of PBA bowlers and they dont push the ball out they just drop it sttraight down,

Hmm, it says "sunset station" in the back of the lane, so its the center at Sunset Station hotel and casino in Henderson, Nevada.

You don't have to throw the ball real fast to be productive.

I bowl 17 to 18 mph (over 20 with a spare ball) with a 16 pound ball, so I don't think my technique is hurting my speed.
Stephanie is hot and a pretty good bowler too.

I bowl four steps and have been constantly working on it. I don't need to step to the left on the first step, because I hold the ball low and down to my hip. This might not seem to work for everyone, because it shortens the backswing and you might not get enough power. I draw alot of power from my legs however. I don't slide (I hurt myself sliding over the foul line, so I adapted). I think this allows to use my rear end more. I wouldn't say I'm a true cranker either. I don't cup my wrist.
