Eventually someone had to cut the cheese. It's a stirring situation. I guess only a certain whey works for making cheese. I'll bet it never o-curd to you to make goat cheese before. Bonnie is definitely the head cheese on this project. It appears to be a draining experience. It's all in the bag. It's a cheesy product.
