Jason Chan aims to alleviate those who are young and vibrant of spirit and yet feel physically lacklustre and tired. Using the techniques of his Infinite Tai Chi form, he teaches how controlled breathing and muscular movements help balance the universal energies of Yin and Yang within the individual and rejuvenate the body and mind.
Infinite Tai Chi for Beginners is ideal for people of all ages and demonstrates, without harsh body movements, the techniques of Tai Chi which help to increase personal well-being.
After an initial warm-up routine, consisting of 5 separate movements, Jason Chan leads us through his Infinite Tai Chi routine in 3 stages of progressive difficulty and complexity. Only after being fully at ease with the current stage may you move onto the next stage of difficulty. Reaching the final stage may take several months' practice.
At the end of the DVD, Jason shows some additional techniques such as "pushing hands" and "gathering your Chi". He also talks to individuals who have benefited from his Infinite Tai Chi techniques.
