@mrselliejones Thank you for your comment. Your body was made to give birth, focus on what you want.. I can highly recommend making a birth vision board (a collection of pictures that depicts the birth you want) and spend lots of time thinking wonderful birthing thoughts. Soooo Beautiful and Glorius!! Wow.. you could just feel the warmth of Gods spirit hovering over you!! I am having my first baby in July, and i'm doing a home water birth! i am sooo excited!! Bless u girl!! What an inspiring and beautiful birth!!!

@Melodin1 Hi, thank you. No I didn't push, our bodies have a natural explosive reflex and they do all the pushing themselves if Mother is relaxed and trusting her body working with it. Best to breath baby into world. Highly recommend HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method book. BEst wishes to you :)
