@Pjaynes781 I never endorse Enoch as scripture, only a historical reference. Maybe you should familirize yourself with what I teach before jumping to conclusions. ALL of history is full of lies, but I doubt that you attend school board meetings to point out that Columbus "discovered" a continent that already contained people. That's a huge lie, but we use it as historical reference and weed out what's true from what's not. Act 17:11 is what I always teach. Enoch is history not scripture.

Personally, I love Jesus! He brings me peace & happiness. It's not easy being in love with Christ, but I don't let love leave - so if u wanna feel love all over I recommend checking him out. His name is Jesus! :) Merry Christmas everybody!

@ministerfortson "Are you telling me that in Jesus' time no one was eating, drinking, or getting married?"
So you're agreeing that "eating, drinking or getting married" is NOT anything special?

@ministerfortson My point is, this passage is not about WHAT HAPPENED during the days of Noah, but how IT ENDED - suddenly and without warning. That is why the phrase "until the day" is repeated. It may have taken Noah 120 years to build the ark, but the springs burst and the rains came suddenly.

@ministerfortson PART 2
Luke (17:28) says it was the same in the days as Lot. What was the same? The context is clear: people were doing as usual until "the day" of judgement. Then it goes on to describe "the day" of the coming.
The passage on "the days of Noah" says nothing about what happened after the flood. The whole point is that the judgement was swift as it will be with the coming of the son of man. That's it.

@Templetonq How long were the days of Noah? The Bible clearly says 950 years. And no, it wasn't swift. It took 120 years for it to happen. What Bible are you reading?

@ministerfortson Studiyng this for 27 years, I was a FULL Dispensationalist, this Matthew 24 Prophecy was referring to the 70 A.D. Destruction
of Jerusalem, I have every single note from my years of study, and the very first
thing I had to to unlearn was, cast out the "American" mindset when reading
Matthew 24's supposedly distant future Prophecy.
100 bucks by Paypal for uninterpretable proof Jesus was
not talking to the generation of Lady Gaga, but to the Disciples themselves.

@truthseeker9261 LOL. Yeah, because the pit in Revelation 9 was opened in 70AD... all that supernatural stuff is well documented history. Next you're gonna say Christ is in the middle of the thousand year reign and this is the new heaven and earth LOL. If it is, I want no part of it.

@ministerfortson Proving once again we shouldn't allow a serious
subject espoused over Youtube by a self-proclaimed laughing Minister
who doesn't look old enough the cross the street.
This Ladies and Gentlemen, these are the clever, new Breed, Last Days, 'Angels
had sex with Women' preachers Augustine and Josephus warned about.
Proceed at your own risk.

@truthseeker9261 I forgot, I'm not allowed to laugh because... wait, that's not in the Bible. If it's funny, I'll laugh at it. FYI: I'm not a self proclaimed minister. I'm licensed and ordained on record with the state of Nevada. Looks can be deceiving. I age well.
