These videos are great. However I have clp610 showing Jam 0 but I can see no paper either from the front with the tray out or from the door for the toner cartridges. Is there some place else I need to be looking? Obviously as long as it's showing a paper jam it's not going to print.

i hate these models if they jam u have to take the fuser out sucksss..costs alot

@SamsungService I had HP 2003 Printer,but it is gone and replaced with HP 2011 Printer.

@clnitin Sorry to hear this has happened. Is a Printer Jam Error code showing up on the screen? If so, what does it say?

@wbmaxon So far up to our 2011 models these are universal on all Samsung models.
