The is one problem with OpenID and its crucial, shadowing all the other problems with it. It's PRIVACY ISSUES. As with everything Google touches, being private data harvester. Look up the article "The problem(s) with OpenID". To sum it up OpenID is nothing else as a single Internet ID tied to a person. It denies the very essence of the Internet advantage being anonymity. "Hey, why don't you take a look at all the websites I visit and when I visit them!". Here's what you say when you use OpenID.

Appreciate you taking the time to produce this. It was quite helpful. Any chance you can do one on 2-legged OAuth?

Thanks for making this video. Helpful.

Great video. You should keep them coming, one minor thing - it’s clear to hear that you’re reading off what you’re saying, you should work on that. Thanks for the video.
So is OAuth free of this OpenID culprit I described in my other comment posted seconds ago?

@Tome4kkkk I have no idea why you are ranting about OpenID in comments for this video. Regardless, you should watch the video! OAuth is not OpenID. It allows you to grant one service to perform very specific actions against your data (typically only read) on another service. It's a single-purpose grant made by you.
