About 12:30 they talk about the increase of pre-orders during Diablo 3's release. They say that they think its because people enjoyed Diablo 3 and want to see what else is out there.

I disagree. I humbly believe that people were so disappointed with Diablo 3, they're waiting to be satisfied.

Screw the RMAH, screw blizzard's lack of sympathy for gamers, and screw them for putting a cooldown on teleport, my favorite spell of all time ;(

That is my only mild complaint that isn't much of a complaint at all when you create mule characters :p. Now that T2 is released and I have 3 other characters to beat the game on I can say for sure d3 will not tempt me anymore and blizzard can keep their crap to themselves!
