5. and now we may add racket and then - balls
Ideal program for fitness clubs as well for tennis clubs that want to attract new clients who are afraid of long and difficult learning. In a group - everything is easier and more fun - and the music makes it even more beautiful. The teacher must be really good. In this video we have results of 6 days (1h lesson per day) group work out - total beginners (miss Serbia girls in Tunis)!
