Peace College students, joined by other students from around the country, took part in May and June in a three-week archaeological dig at Brunswick Town/Fort Anderson State Historic Site near Southport, N.C. The dig uncovered Native American, colonial and Civil War-era artifacts, material that will add to the understanding of how this site was used. In this video, Peace College student Elaina Bright takes us on a tour of the site and explains the work being conducted.
