  • hey man, how many servings do you get from that and how many grams of protein/caleries per bar? thanks

  • @fossilbox1991 Grams and calories depend on the protein powder you use and the amount.

  • I tried your mix craig and 1# mine wasn't as thick as yours 2# when i placed it in the frig it never go hard... i wound up placing it in the oven it taste like stale bread lol. I'm gonna keep trying thanks

  • @ricksherryjosh Hey yeah, use more oatmeal and protein powder, and what you want to do is leave in fridge for actually 6-8 hrs, flip and then chill another 6-8. It took me many tries.

  • Do you know if the whey protein looses it's 'vaule' if cooked or put into an oven?

I've see other recipes that bake the bars..

  • @dubstructure - I'm pretty sure the protein does in that high of a heat

Uhh, I'm from europe, and we use the metric system,

could you tell me how many tbps (or ml) are in one scoop?

And how many oz is the JellO pack?

  • You have a beautiful daughter! Thanks Ally! =) The protein bars came out perfect! They have been the best ones I've tried so far. I have a question for you. Due to my schedule, I mainly train 6 days a week, culminating my workouts about 21:00 - 21:30. What does a post workout meal look like for this time of the night? Thanks again!
