I just got hosed by stubben north america too. Customer service my foot. I have never been treated so horribly after buying a new saddle. I am shocked. This company used to be so good. I am switching to Albion.

I love my new stubben. its so comfy it has biomex it is the one for dressage called the genesis d in deluxe leather. It is the best saddle i have ever ridden in and it fits me and my horse like a glove. plus they can adjust it if your horse changes. To sweet.

I contacted Stubben about ordering a saddle and they told me to order a saddle that is a size larger than what my horse measures at and pad him up. Umm...NO! I have always been told (and by multiple people) that if you have a properly fitted saddle it will fit with no saddle pad whatsoever. So now I'm going through County saddlery because they make a saddle that will fit my horse and then they will come out and stuff the panels to fit my horse even more perfectly.

i SERIOUSLY doubt ANYONE at stübben north america in VA told you that. they are the most highly educated saddle fitters i've ever met in my decade of experience with dressage and my 26 years of riding experience. you probably are talking about a local retailer who sells stübben products. trust me, they are the best i've EVER worked with and have had 3 custom saddles and 12 dressage saddles alone!
