  • I'm sure you would make many reed organists happy if you could scan this arrangement. I tried hard to find an arrangement of this famous Toccata for the reed organ, and believe me, it was impossible even with the "omnipotent" google. If you happen to find time to scan it, please tell me...

Once more, thanks for your performances here. I simply loved the Franck pieces.

  • OK, I'll try to scan it as soon as possible. Thanks for your comments on my videos.

  • Amazing sound, amazing performance ! Thanks for sharing the beauty of Music to all of us so far away. I recently acquired a Shoninger Grande Cymbella reed organ, I was wondering how to find this score you are playing in this video. Do you have it in PDF to share? I would be so grateful to you. Thanks in advance, Dib Franciss.

  • @dibfranciss Thanks for your comment, Sorry, I don't own a PDF of this music, it's an arrangement for reed organ found accidentally in a very old book. Many pages are missing, so I cant't give you the composer or the editor.

  • Thank you, you are very kind. I actually saved this instrument from the waste disposal, its owner wanted to get rid of it ! You're right, the sound is quite amazing but I think it's also the wonderful acustics of the church. I'll soon put on some new videos of this harmonium.

    Hello,

Thanks for your kind response. I will be then waiting for a sign from you when you have scanned it. You will make me and others very happy. I have some interesting sheets for the reed organ that I will be willing to share with you.

    God bless your generosity.

  • Thanks - very interesting. Bach sounds good on anything, when well played, and the acoustics are very flattering. Very enjoyable.

  • What a glorious instrument and you are a hero for saving this from going to the garbage dump. It is a tragedy of our modern age that such amazing treasures are regarded as junk. You play beautifully and it sounds wonderful.

  • @JamesHowardYoung i agree. i love keyboard instruments, don't you?

  • Excellent!! You do this instrument great justice. I put it on Facebook and subscribed.
