his video will go into basic depth of what to do (backup wise) for preperation for win 7. (the upgrade version from vista) in a clean install. please, keep this in mind. you dont have to back up EVERYTHING windows will automatically create a windows.old folder after the clean install that will include ur documents and stuff. but i had already backed up my stuff, so it was no use to me. but if you dont have enough disks, u may access the windows.old folder. (but backup ur most imp. data just in-case an unforeseen problem rises.

how do i save my programs. so when i complete my clean windows, iso that i can install them. also the prgrams i wanna save were orignally in my my laptop. i dont have the install disks!!! please reply and help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!111.
