The rusher logged out after he stopped moving. Watch the minimap during the rush and follow the white dot into the hills, after it stops at the hills it disappears. The rusher logged out immediately as the guy died, making the loot appear to everyone.

First clip, notice how the rusher disappears/log outs before the dude actually dies. Because of him not being logged in, it would act like he didn't get killed. Since it was no in particular's loot, it was like he just dropped all of his items, so it would appear to everyone instantly, and you can see that someone else took the astral runes.
That's my hypothesis.

Ok, its probably something like this:
PinkSwed is obviously an one-itemmer, and he/she probably fought him in higher wild, probably at the zone where the lever in Edge takes you, he escaped, and (maybe) restocked in Edge. PinkieSwed also went back, but seeing as he/she did more damage to him than the clawrusher, he/she got the loot!
Atleast it sounds buyable.
