I recommend putting a litter box of hay in the bath tub. Some rabbits may dislike the cold and slippery surface of the tub. Also rub the head a little between the ears to simulate grooming every once and a while. If your bunnies like bananas then you could smear a tad bit on the top of their heads so they will groom that way. If you see them acting aggressive(not dominant because that's good), but things like circling then stop and try again another day. A half hour is a good date duration.

It took our neutered bunnies almost a year to bond.

that's nasty. you don't put rabbits in a bath and leave them there. No wonder they are stomping! It's because they are scared! You said it took them a year to bond, maybe that's because they are spending too much time together. They need space like a nice garden to play in where they can eat grass, not a cramped bath where they are climbing up the side, that's because they want to get out! My rabbits are sisters and they are fine together and apart! Give them space...

@AVJMusic We didn't keep them in the bath! This is a tried and tested bonding session - giving rabbits too much space allows them to fight so initially you put them together in a small space for short periods of time. If you read the description, we put them in for only an hour at time and they lived in our flat the rest of the time in separate rooms with tons of space. Siblings don't always need bonding but unrelated rabbits usually do.
