Based on my training and research thus far, these are in my opinion the most difficult pushups to accomplish. I have had the hardest time training to do the 90 degree pushup and needless to say there is still much room for improvement. Before training in difficult pushups such as the 90 degree pushup and full planche pushups I was doing much strength training with heavy weights. A few months before the making of this video I was capable of benching 235 lbs for 10 reps weighing at 145 lbs. Through my many years of experience in weight training, in my opinion the 90 degree pushup and the exercises that gymnasts and break dancers do require much more strength, coordination, balance, talent, and skill than weight lifting alone. I am heading towards training more like a gymnast than a weightlifter for pure strength. I have been training as a Martial Artist for over 12 years and as an athlete for 20 years during the making of this video. I am trying to teach myself more gymnastic type of physical development. I like how gymnasts demonstrate their talents without hurting others, whereas many Martial Artists tend to hurt others in order to show off their talents, I strongly disagree with this expression. In my opinion, gymnasts are the greatest athletes in the world.

  • hey freddie, im a gymnast and ill like to know, if its posible, when you do all this excercises what muscles are you using more? because when we do a planche we need a lot of shoulders, abs and the back, but u make it see easier, and it also looks life if u were only using your shoulders, plz answer my quiestion. THANKS ;)!

  • Your correct it does work shoulders, abs, lower back. Also it works the wrists, forearms, triceps, chest, legs. It really is a total body exercise. If you have stronger muscles all around, you will have better form. I used to neglect my lower back training, since I have been training the lower back more, my form got much better. It's not just the shoulders. I see that everyone will do it a little differently. I'm not a gymnast but I am very impressed by what they can do

  • @kkrazyotter bodybuilders are mostly bulk muscles, as in, muscles that doesn't do anything except look big

  • @kkrazyotter Most bodybuilders wont even be able to do these, this requires skill and functional strength, not show muscles
