Probably the best and the most depressing book/movie I've read/watched about fatherhood.

I loved the book and the movie, also to note the music is superb as well. I watch the movie at least 1 a month. I always cry, and im a 37 year old man. Charlize theron ( the woman) was death's whore, its to bad she gave up :(. I guess if u knew it was comin u wouldnt know what u would do until it came.

The most touching line in the movie was when the kid says 'Look, colors!'

I didn't recognise him with all of that make-up on.

Why do they show those natural disasters? that wasnt in the movie or the book

@MrAIexJones I haven't read the book, as a stand alone piece of work the movie is very well made.

I would say that the book is unfilmable. HIllcoat's version is good, but misses on the key points in the novel.

Its a wonderful yet dismal book!

He looks much better with the Aragorn look. He looks like he injected too many botox here.

They put too much makeup on him. Alot of his good looks is in the lines in his face. Well...atleast to me. Love Viggo!
