White Hamster Rolls Over & Plays Dead

One of my fave lil babies has taken to staring at me, the humanoid wielding the camera. Sometimes, he merely continues staring while I take photographs of him. Occasionally, he will curl up in a ball and fixate his gaze on me.

In this video, the lil cutie decides that he wants some privacy after some time and promptly steps forward, rolls over and plays dead.

The orange 'burrow' in which he emerges from is actually a food dispenser. Each attempt at filling the dispenser with a galore of nuts, sunflower seeds, oats and wheatgrass was to no avail as the lil cutie would toss every bit of food out with his paws and claim the dispenser as his 'bed'.

I love my lil baby. Do you? =)

(PS: The white specks are that of bathing sand which is brushed off from his fur after he rolls in it. The cage is washed regularly every 4-5 days and yes, if you are wondering, it was washed after this clip.)
